We delivered the retail fit-out of the Clarks store at Livingston Designer Outlet, transforming the unit into a fully operational retail space aligned with the brand’s specification and design standards. The project involved the installation of new partitions, services, finishes, and store infrastructure within an existing retail unit.

The three-week programme included structural alterations, installation of mechanical and electrical services, and front-of-house finishing works to create a high-quality retail environment ready for store opening.

Our scope included

Construction of a new welfare area to the rear of the store

Installation of a fire-rated partition wall including two fire doors

Floor covering installation throughout the unit

Electrical installations including fire alarm, phone, and IT systems

HVAC installation and associated mechanical works

Minor mechanical alterations including sprinkler head adjustments

Decoration works across the front-of-house retail space

Installation of new store signage

Final clean and preparation for store opening
