Harvey Fit Out Group recently completed a fast-track refurbishment project for KFC, delivering a full image enhancement from the K3 to the latest K4 brand standard. The 4-week programme demonstrates our capability to deliver complex refurbishments efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality across live trading environments.

The project was carefully phased to maintain operations — with the drive-thru remaining open for the first two weeks, followed by a two-week full closure to complete the internal upgrades.
