We delivered the internal fit-out of a new Lidl store in Sutton, transforming an existing shell unit into a fully operational supermarket. The project involved extensive internal works, specialist retail installations, and infrastructure upgrades to support Lidl’s operational requirements and store layout.

The 18.5-week construction programme included structural alterations, installation of specialist refrigeration and M&E systems, and full fit-out of both the trading area and back-of-house facilities, alongside external works including a new loading bay structure and goods lift installations.

Demolition and enabling works to prepare the unit for the Lidl store layout

Drainage alterations and adaptations to support the new store configuration
