We delivered a full store renewal of the M&S Food store at London Bridge Station, transforming an existing retail environment within a live railway setting to enhance both customer flow and operational efficiency.

The project was completed over a four-week programme and involved a complete internal strip-out, reconfiguration of the layout, and installation of new finishes, fixtures, and equipment. The renewed store delivers an improved customer journey, clearer navigation, and a modernised retail environment aligned with M&S brand standards.

Our scope included

Complete internal strip-out and renewal of the existing store

Reconfiguration of the store layout to improve customer flow and accessibility

Installation of new refrigeration units and upgraded retail equipment

Joinery works including new partitions and plasterboarding

Drylining and ceiling finishing works

Floor preparation, latex application, and LVT flooring installation

Cork wall cladding and wall tiling

Internal spraying and decoration, including existing architectural features

Installation of racking, shelving, and branded counters

Coordination of M&E installations including electrical, air conditioning, ventilation, and fire detection systems

Integration of IT and data infrastructure

Fire alarm isolations and associated works

Full internal EOP clean prior to handover
