We delivered the internal fit-out of the M&S Food store at St Pancras Station, creating a fully operational retail environment within the busy transport hub. The project involved construction of the store layout, installation of interior finishes, and coordination with client-direct contractors responsible for specialist retail equipment and services.

The 53-day programme included installation of partitions, joinery, refrigeration infrastructure, and branded store elements, alongside mechanical and electrical works required to support the store’s operations. Works were carefully managed within the station environment with appropriate hoarding and coordination with stakeholders.

Construction of internal partitions including fire-rated walls and fire doors

Installation of timber wall cladding and drylining systems

Wall tiling and brick slip finishes

Installation of flooring throughout the store

Ceiling finishing works

Installation of branded counters, racking, and display shelving
