We delivered the full internal fit-out of the Popeyes restaurant within the departures lounge at Birmingham Airport, transforming an empty retail unit into a fully operational quick-service restaurant. The project involved the installation of interior finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, and specialist catering equipment within a busy airport environment.

The 11-week programme included construction of the restaurant trading space, installation of branded fixtures and equipment, and coordination with airport stakeholders to ensure works were delivered safely within the live departures area. Temporary hoarding was installed to segregate the construction works from passenger areas throughout the project.
