We delivered the transformation of an existing retail unit into a new Starbucks at Bristol Airport, creating a modern, high-quality coffee retail environment within a live airport setting.

The project was completed over an eight-week programme and involved a full strip-out of the existing Caffè Ritazza unit, including seating areas and part of the back-of-house, followed by a complete interior fit out to Starbucks brand standards. The works were carried out under strict operational controls, ensuring minimal disruption within a busy airport environment.

Installation of new partition walls and drylining

Joinery works including counters, shopfront detailing, and fire doors

Complete interior fit out to Starbucks brand standards

Floor tiling and floor finish installations

Wall finishes and full internal decoration

Full M&E installation including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, fire detection, and PAVA systems

Installation of coffee machines and specialist catering equipment

Tills, CCTV, and integrated IT and data infrastructure

Installation of FF&E, seating, and customer furniture

Refrigeration units, ice machines, and filtration systems

Installation of media screens and branded elements

Mastic application and final finishing works

Full internal clean prior to handover
