Our Portfolio
Uppercrust, Manchester Airport T2
Manchester, UK
We delivered the internal fit-out of the Upper Crust unit within Manchester Airport Terminal 2, creating a fully operational food concession within the airside departures environment. The project involved construction of the customer-facing trading unit alongside a separate kitchen preparation area located within another section of the terminal.
The 61-day programme included structural installations, interior fit-out works, and coordination with multiple client-direct contractors responsible for specialist catering equipment, technology systems, and branded elements. Works were carefully managed within the highly controlled airport environment and in coordination with the main contractor.
