We delivered a comprehensive refurbishment of the White Lion pub, upgrading the bar, kitchen, customer areas, and external spaces to enhance both the operational functionality and the customer experience. The project was delivered within a four-week programme, combining internal refurbishment works with external repairs and improvements to the building and beer garden.

The works focused on refreshing the internal finishes, installing new bar and kitchen facilities, and improving the external appearance of the pub while maintaining the character of the existing building.

Our scope included

Complete internal decorations throughout the pub and restaurant areas

Removal and installation of a new main bar and back bar

Installation of new soft drink and cask drink pythons

New flooring installed throughout the premises

Installation of new CCTV systems

Full strip-out of existing kitchen equipment and installation of a new kitchen

Installation of hygienic wall cladding within the kitchen

New electrical installations and kitchen extraction system

Alterations to form a new glass wash area and kitchen access door

Joinery installations including new doors, screens, and panelling

New tiling to toilet areas and installation of decorative artwork

External works included

Scaffold erection to facilitate render repairs and external decorations

Isolated render repairs and full external redecoration

Repairs to windows, guttering, and downpipes

Installation of new external doors

Resin surface installation to the front beer garden

Repairs to stone walls and garden areas

Installation of new external lighting and signage

Replacement CCTV cameras

Extension of pergola to the rear beer garden
